This website is operated by Wings of Rescue. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wings of Rescue. Wings of Rescue offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 2 — ORDER FULFILLMENT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

All merchandise orders are fulfilled by CB Sports. For any order inquiries, shipping questions, or return requests, please contact CB Sports directly at sales@cbsportsworld.com. Wings of Rescue oversees the online store but does not manage fulfillment or shipping directly.

SECTION 3 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Wings of Rescue is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment partners.

SECTION 5 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)

If Wings of Rescue offers digital downloads or virtual products, these purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Merchandise orders are processed and shipped by CB Sports. For return authorizations and assistance, email sales@cbsportsworld.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

SECTION 7 — DAMAGES & ISSUES

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact sales@cbsportsworld.com immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be resolved quickly.

SECTION 8 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
