Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
All merchandise orders are fulfilled by CB Sports. To initiate a return, please email sales@cbsportsworld.com for authorization before sending your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both refunds and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, digital products, personalized or custom products, or hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact sales@cbsportsworld.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact sales@cbsportsworld.com for assistance.
